    How to use

    HOW TO USE

    Apply one coat as a basecoat and/or topcoat with your favorite ORLY nail lacquer.

    PARTNER WITH

    Clean Prep to remove oil and residue from nail plate to ensure quick and lasting basecoat and lacquer adhesion. Spritz Dry to dry and condition nails after manicures. Spray on nails after Top2Bottom topcoat has been applied.
