How to use

CREATIVE USES

Designed for use with CND Over The Top Effects.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Gently roll bottle between palms to blend.
After applying and curing two layers of CND SHELLAC Color Coat, apply a thin layer of SHELLAC NO-WIPE+ Top Coat. Cure for one minute (preset button 3) in the CND LED Lamp.
Add art embellishments or artistic effects.
Finish with a final layer of SHELLAC NO-WIPE+ Top Coat and cure on button 3.
